Why "food-grade" is the whole point

Not all nitrous oxide is the same. Industrial-grade gas is refined for entirely different applications and has no place anywhere near food. Food-grade N₂O is a distinct, regulated standard — approved as food additive E942 specifically for use as a propellant in food — and it's the only kind we sell.

Every product on this site is sold exclusively for lawful food-preparation use, to customers aged 18 and over. We don't use "discreet" or recreational framing anywhere — not in ad copy, not in delivery language, not in packaging. That's a deliberate choice: it's both the legally correct position under Canadian law and, we think, the only trustworthy one for a business handling a product this sensitive.
