What trade buyers ask before opening an account
What's the minimum order? +
Orders start at $175 CAD. That applies to trade and retail alike — there's no separate, higher minimum for opening a trade account.
What does delivery cost on a trade order? +
Delivery across Canada is free on orders of $175 or more, which covers every order at or above our minimum. Below that threshold, tracked delivery is a flat $17.95.
Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut are served on a separate remote rate of $39.95 flat, which reflects what carriers actually charge to those destinations — the free-delivery threshold doesn't apply there.
How do trade accounts pay? +
Two methods at checkout: Interac e-Transfer and Skrill. Both settle before dispatch — we don't currently offer invoice-terms or net-30 credit accounts.
Will I get a tax invoice for my accounts? +
Yes. Every order produces an invoice showing the sales tax charged for your province — GST, HST, or GST plus PST/RST/QST depending on where you are. Canada has no VAT, so nothing on your invoice will be labelled that way.
Can you supply consistent stock of one brand? +
Tell us the brand and size you've standardised on when you apply and we'll confirm what we can hold. If you're still deciding, we stock every major food-grade brand, so it's worth asking which suits your dispensers before you commit a whole service to one.
What are you not able to supply? +
We sell food-grade N₂O for lawful food preparation only, to customers aged 18 and over, and we won't take an order framed around any other use. If that's a problem for your application, we're not the right supplier.
