The Roselle Instant Infusion is the longest-running infusion cylinder we carry, at 680g in a glossy-black finish. The extra fill over a 615–640g infusion cylinder gives it about 85 standard 8g charges — near the top of the cylinder charge band — from 99.9% food-grade N₂O (E942).
It’s built for instant drink and cocktail infusion as well as whipped cream, which works out to roughly 4.3 to 5.1 litres of finished cream, or plenty of infusion rounds, per cylinder. It fits standard 0.5L and 1L whipped-cream and infusion dispensers.
Who it suits: cocktail bars that infuse heavily and want the most charges per cylinder in the infusion family before stepping up to a tank. Against our other infusion cylinders — Baking Bad (640g), Miami Magic (615g), Mr Whip (640g) — Roselle simply runs the longest between changes.
Available as a single or in cases of 6, 12, 24 and 48, the 48-case bringing about 20% off each cylinder.
