The Mr Whip Infusions Black Edition is a European-made 640g cylinder pitched at drink infusion as much as cream. In sleek black, it’s built to infuse cocktails, spirits and cold drinks alongside the usual whipped-cream duty, on 99.9% food-grade N₂O (E942).
One cylinder yields about 80 standard 8g charges — roughly 4 to 4.8 litres of finished cream, or several rounds of rapid infusion — and fits standard 0.5L and 1L professional whipped-cream and infusion dispensers.
Who it suits: bars and kitchens that want a European-filled infusion cylinder and like a discreet black finish over a novelty print. It sits alongside our other infusion cylinders — Baking Bad, Miami Magic and Roselle — so the choice between them comes down to size, charge count and the look you want on the bar rather than any difference in what the gas does.
Sold as a single or in cases of 6, 12, 24 and 48, with about 20% off each cylinder at the largest case.
