Rotass Whip is the highest-purity cylinder in our range: a 640g (0.95L) charger filled to 99.95% food-grade nitrous oxide (E942), a fraction above the 99.9% that most of the line runs. In practice that edge matters most on delicate, lightly flavoured creams and foams where you don’t want the gas contributing anything of its own.
Charge count sits with the rest of the 640g class — about 80 standard 8g charges, roughly 4 to 4.8 litres of finished cream — on standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers.
Who it suits: pastry sections and cocktail bars that prioritise the cleanest possible finish over the lowest price, and want that purity in a convenient cylinder format. Rotass also make a matching 2000g tank at the same 99.95% purity in the Tanks category for the same reason at higher volume.
Sold as a single or in cases of 6, 12, 24 and 48, with about 20% off each cylinder at the 48-case.
