The Rotass Whip 2000g is the highest-purity tank in our range, filled to 99.95% food-grade nitrous oxide (E942) — the same purity edge as the Rotass cylinder, scaled up to catering volume. At 2000g / 3.3L it holds about 250 standard 8g charges, roughly 13 to 15 litres of finished cream, with an integrated carry handle for a full tank.
It drives standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers; at tank size a regulator/hose gives the most controlled pour.
Who it suits: high-volume pastry sections and cocktail bars that want the cleanest-tasting gas at scale, not just the cheapest tank. It pairs with the Rotass 640g cylinder for the same purity in a smaller format when you need it. If purity isn’t the deciding factor, the Exotic Whip, GreatWhip and Cream Deluxe 2kg tanks cover the same ≈250 charges at their own price points.
Sold as a single tank or in cases of 6, 12, 24 and 48, the 48-case bringing about 20% off each tank.
